What are the terms of cancellation of the reservation?
- For the cancellation of the booking made with at least 10 days notice we do not apply penalties.
- For the cancellation of the reservation made in the 9 days before the arrival date we require the payment of at least the first night.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments in cash, by bank transfer, by debit card or by credit card (except Diners Club and American Express)
Terms of payment:
- Check-in with reception: cash or debit card payment
- Self Check-in: upon payment by cash or bank transfer
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: In Udine Front Station, Sleep In Udine, Udine Front Hospital and Venzone, check-in times are from 3pm to 7.30pm (other times may be agreed with the manager). In Fagagna on the Hills check-in times are from 2.00 pm to 10 pm (possible other times upon agreement with the manager). Possibility of late / self check-in.
Check-out: by 10.30 am
Can I get in and out of the facility at any time?
Yes, each room is provided with a set of keys that contains the keys to the bedroom door, the main door and the door. Each guest is therefore autonomous in the use of his key ring
Are pets allowed?
At our Sleep Sleep Fagagna On the Hills property, small dogs are allowed only with advance notice and a supplement of € 5 per night is required. Animals are not allowed in the facilities of Udine Fronte Stazione, Udine Fronte Ospedale and Venzone.
